How does a Zoom consultation work?
Pick a date and time slot, tell us briefly what you need, and we will confirm on WhatsApp. Dr. Samari sends a secure Zoom link before your appointment — consultations can also run outside clinic hours for urgent cases.
Can I order medicines without a prescription?
Over-the-counter items like vitamins, first aid and pain relief can be ordered directly. Prescription-only medicines will be reviewed by the dispensing pharmacist first, and we will confirm on WhatsApp before dispatch.
How fast is delivery across Abuja?
Orders confirmed before the morning dispatch leave the same day. Apo and nearby areas are fastest; Gwagwalada, Kubwa and Bwari take a little longer by dispatch rider. You will always get an ETA on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay on delivery (cash or transfer at your door) for dispatch orders, or bank transfer via Opay (7069 999 288, Ahmad Othman Samary) in advance. We never ask for card details on this website.
